How much does the website and Google profile bundle cost?
Basecamp, our website + GBP + SEO plan, is $147 a month with setup included. Peak ($297/mo) adds one inbox with drafted replies and the Review Engine. Pay 12 months in full and get 2 months free. Front Desk, Speed-to-Lead and Social Command are add-on blocks, and full pricing is published on our pricing page.
What does the free audit include?
We review how your calls are handled, how your website performs, and how your Google Business Profile and reviews look. You get a plain-English summary of the biggest gaps. There is no obligation to buy anything.
Does the AI front desk replace my staff?
No. It answers calls, collects the details you need, and sends them to you. Your team still decides scheduling, pricing, and dispatch. Think of it as a first-touch assistant that picks up when your team cannot.
Will the AI front desk say things I have not approved?
It only uses the information and wording set up for your business. It does not invent prices, licenses, guarantees, or availability. If a caller asks something outside its scope, it collects the question and hands it to you.
How do you handle Google review rules?
We follow Google policy. We never offer rewards for reviews and never filter who receives the review link. Every satisfied customer can be asked, and every review is written by the customer in their own words.
Do I own my website and content?
You should. We will confirm the specifics of domain and content ownership in writing before you sign, so there are no surprises if you ever choose to leave.
How long does it take to launch?
Timelines depend on how quickly we receive your photos, service details, and Google profile access. We will give you a realistic schedule after the audit, rather than a generic promise.
