Yes. Move up when you're ready for more, or down if a tier isn't earning its keep — there's no penalty either way. Everything here is month-to-month.
Yes. Pay 12 months up front and get 2 months free: you pay for 10. Basecamp paid in full is $1,470 for the year, Peak is $2,970. The same applies to every monthly add-on. One-time setup fees are separate.
