Sheet S-103Review Engine
Ask for a Google review the moment a job's done
Homeowners read reviews before they call. Plenty of happy customers never get around to leaving one unless someone asks at the right moment. Review Engine sends that ask after a finished job, the right way.

Review Engine questions
Do you offer incentives to get more reviews?
No. Google prohibits paying for or incentivizing reviews, and we will not risk your profile for it. Every request goes out the same way to every customer.
Can I filter out unhappy customers before they review?
No. Review gating violates Google policy. Unhappy customers are routed to you privately so you can address the issue, but everyone gets the same review link.
How is this different from just asking customers myself?
The timing is automatic. Review Engine sends the ask right after the job finishes, when the experience is freshest, instead of relying on someone remembering to do it.
